Music has been used in therapy for a while now- you may have heard of Nordoff-Robbins who pioneered a lot of this work, but it has usually been limited to working with quite severely affected people, often children, who are almost unable to communicate at all. However music is a very powerful way of getting closer to our feelings and exploring what they mean to us.

If you would like to bring any CD's to the sessions to play any music that means something to you you are welcome to do so and we can see where this takes us.........
